The name represents the countries that the founding members of the company were born in. It also represents our goal as a company to encorage better cultural and business ties between the three countries.

Harrow Leather Japan LLC was founded in Japan in September 2023 under the ownership of Kamayani Singh, Gary Ireland and James Alexander Tanaka (Ireland). The founders identified the exciting opportunity to represent Harrow Group Ltd of New Delhi, India, and to market their high-quality leather products in Japan.
Harrow Leather Japan LLC was registered at that time as a trading company, which is entitled to import and export goods to and from Japan and to offer business consulting services. The plan from the outset was to pursue each of these areas of business. Harrow Leather Japan LLC has now become a part of A.I.J. Trading LLC and the areas of business that A.I.J. will now undertake are as follows:
Importing and marketing overseas products to Japan, initially from India, but in time from other countries.
Exporting Japanese products to other countries, initially to India and the UK, but in time to other countries.
Offering business consulting services to enable Japanese and overseas companies to form meaningful and successful business relationships for importing and exporting purposes.
Through our experiences in developing Harrow Leather Japan LLC and establishing ourselves in the leather market in Japan, we have learned a great deal about both importing to and exporting from Japan. More importantly, we have learned a great deal about the blossoming business and inter-cultural relationship between India and Japan. There is a mutual respect between the two countries and as India grows rapidly as an economic powerhouse, there seems to be a great willingness on both sides to pursue business opportunities. We therefore feel that this is a perfect time to identify further importing and exporting opportunities between the two countries.
As a company, we feel that we are ideally placed to take advantage of this new era of cooperation and development. We have a great deal of experience of living, working and doing business in Japan and a very good knowledge of the culture, psyche and corporate mentality of the Japanese people. Our team has very varied and relevant skills and experiences, which we feel make us ideally suited to be successful in our new business venture.
