Phase One

 

• Research the target market/industry in general to learn about relevant import restrictions, taxes, necessary import licences, competition and potential for success

 

• Create a detailed research report on the market/industry based upon the above criteria

​

• Research trade organizations and associations in both Japan and India to create a list of potential client/partner companies to approach 

​

• Prepare a research report including a detailed data base on potential client/partner companies (priced according to target number of companies)

​

 

Phase Two

 

• Help to create and translate promotional documents and introduction letters in either Japanese, English or Hindi as appropriate

 

• Make initial contact through phone calls and email on your behalf with selected target companies  

 

• Set up and attend face-to-face meetings in Japan to act as interpreters/translators and to liaise on your behalf

 

• Set up and attend online meetings to act as interpreters/translators and to liaise on your behalf

 

• Where possible, supply interpreters and translators for meetings to be held in India

 

• Continue to liaise with potential clients/partners and prepare regularly updated reports on progress with each client through regular meetings with you until an agreement is reached

 

 

Phase Three

 

• Continue to act as liaison on your behalf throughout the business arrangement. This will include setting up either face-to-face or online meetings for you with all partner companies

 

• If required, attend all meetings to continue acting as interpreters/translators and to act  as representatives on your behalf

 

• Where required, translate and check all relevant legal and other documents in either Japanese, English or Hindi on your behalf

 

• Where required, help to find and liaise with legal representatives on your behalf

Additional services we can provide

 

• Help to arrange membership to relevant organizations, arrange booths at expos and trade fairs in both Japan and India

 

• Where possible, provide interpreters/translators and other staff if required at expos and trade fairs Japan and India

 

• Help to arrange accommodation and take care of travel arrangements for visits to Japan and India

 

• Help to arrange transportation, guides and interpreters for business or sightseeing visits to Japan and India
